The Balcon del Mar Apartments are located on a hillside in the Old Town area of Puerto Del Carmen. This complex offers marvellous views of the Atlantic Ocean.

these apartments are clean, basic and have fantastic views!!! would highly recommend these apartments - would give 12 out of 10 if i could!!!

we would never stay at thease apartments again, althow the maids were verynice and kept the rooms clean,

stayed here with my partner in july '07 and the appartments were spacious aswell as lovely and cool. pool bar food (especially the burgers!!) were great! well kept place

Belcon Del Mar is clean, tidy and a very nice hotel to stay in! the pools are great Jason and Rachel make you feel realy welcome and the food is great cant wait to see you soon x

Stayed at the balcon del mar for one week only. Have to say that was quite enough. Although the location was good. The hill up is not to bad especially if you stop half way for a cool beer in the rose. The aprtments though are in need of a good refurb. The staff were very good except our maid who seem to forget to make the beds at all for the entire week and also change the sheets. Had to ask for towels and clean sheets where upon I was told I would need to change them myself as it was the maids day off. Maintence staff were excellent. had problem with hot water and they were there in 5 mins. Might be a bonus if someone pointed out to the maid some personal hygeine issues. All in all would stay here again but only on a very low buget holiday.

came back from a short break at the balcon in october we really love this place the rooms are nice and spacious and the pool bar run by rachel and jason is great lovely snacks and drinks can't wait to get back there next year

Had 2 weeks in balcon - no problems-my apartment could have done with a lick of paint but was clean and tidy. The staff and cleaners were helpful and friendly and the pool area and cafe/bar were a pleasure to relax in.The hill down to the harbour isnt too bad but you would be struggling with a wheelchair. I will be returning to the Balcon sometime in the future.

just come back from a weeks stay at balcon del mar, apartments spacious not very clean had to deal with cocroach infestation, had to buy spray to get rid of cocroaches & disinfectant to clean apartment, would rate this as a 1 star.

had a great time at these apartments ,clean ,big ,and just what you need great pool bar rachel and jason very helpfull and snacks very good clean bar as well will be back next year we had a 12 hr delay home all the best andy&becky ps:jason put big light on!!!!!!

Just got back from lanzarote, we stayed at the Balcon Del Mar appartments. It was very clean, the beds were changed almost every day and towels were changed regular too. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The pool bar staff are so nice, they will go out of their way to help you. The food was lovely. These appartments have two pools, so neither of them get over crowded. There is a few cats around the place but they are all clean and friendly and dont really bother anybody much. We were told they are looked after by the vet who calls regular.
