I have been on holiday to Puerto Del Carman 4 years in a row. When I do go I pop in to the Spanish inn on a regular basis for something to eat and or drink. They have a good selection of vegetarian foods ( which I like because I do not eat meat) and also because they show live English Football ( which is another reason why I pop in there on a regular basis ). The place is run by a big English guy and his Cypriot wife along with their 2 beautiful daughters. The place is very clean and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming.

Just got back from Lanzarote and we have been to the Spanish Inn again and it just gets better and better every year, the bar staff are fantastic and it is very friendly. The day time food and snacks are excellent and the breakfast are to die for.
We are luck enough to know the owner and always make sure we go back to this bar and Linekers, but you get treated the same if you are an old face/friend or its your first time on the island.
BEST BAR IN LANZAROTE BY FAR....

Spanish Inn is a great bar. Great food, cheap prices on food and drink and amazing staff. They are all really nice fun people and a great laugh. Good family atmosphere.

well i found this bar a great laugh, staff and owners very friendly me and my friends spend a few hours there drinking and eating,fully recommend the chips and dont buy the land lady a drink she starts singing haha....

used this friendly bar once or twice for drinks and had brekfast there once, although nothing extra special it was pleasant and the staff gave it a friendly family atmosphere

Yep agree with John, that previous review is a bit odd, the bar is far from strange, its a well established and well run bar and is one of the friendliest I know. Despite its name its a Brit type pub on the main strip, very reasonable bar prices with decent pub type food in the day, and a bit of light evening entertainment.
