Playa Chica will be the smallest beach you will find in Puerto del Carmen. The beach is also the only public beach you will find in the old town. Being a small beach you will find it can get busy very quick.
The beach is small and no sunbeds are normally available to tourists, however at the back of the beach there is an area which is concreated over where you will find some sunbeds.
The sea is very secluded at this beach and is ideal for swimming and snorkeling (although you should always take care when swimming in the sea).
There are a few trips that leave from this area including parasending and many of the scuba diving centers will teach people in this area.
All in all this ia nice beach with very few distractions, bars and restaurants are very close by however the beach can get over crowded.
