Is it safe for my children in Lanzarote / Puerto Del Carmen?

Yes. Most bars in Puerto Del Carmen will cater for small children. There is a very large police presents on the Island. The reason for this, is Lanzarote is a Police Training ground. The police train in Lanzarote, once finished they are normally sent to another Island or back to main land Spain.

Webmaster Note: In the few years I've spent living on this Island you soon come to release that there is little crime. Like everywhere in the world you will get some, as long as you are sensible and take care at night you should be fine.
