Hotel Beatriz Playa and Spa in Matagorda which is at the far end of Puerto del Carmen. The Hotel has direct access to the beach and is close to bars, restaurants and shops.

This hotel is very good. The facilities given by hotel for their customers are also very good. Beatriz Playa is looking so nice. buy cheap cars

We stayed at the Beatriz Playa in Nov. last, and when i say this was by far the worst hotel we have ever had the misfortune to frequent, i would not be lying. The food was inedible, the staff rude, and the hotel is in drastic need of updating, to such an extent that there are holes in the ceilings, tiles on the floors are missing, and the offending areas roped off, the carpets are filthy/stained and general clenliness is below par. We opted for a hotel trasnsfer after 1 night to the Jameos Playa, a hotel of the same star rating and one which we have used on many occasions. To facilitate this change the holiday company charged us a further ﾣ517 on top of theﾣ1400 we had already paid for our 1 week half board stay. I am at present taking the judicial route and sueing the holiday company. I do hope this assists future holidaymakers in making decisions as to the hotel they book on what is and will always remain a most beautiful and relaxing holiday destination
