Lady of Carmen

The Lady of Carmen fiesta is held once a year in the Old town of Puerto Del Carmen. This fiesta is held once a year mainly in the Harbour. There is many activities for the two weeks this fiesta is on, the main one is the fair. Along with the fair in the harbour there is a mixture of live singing and dancers on through out the two weeks. The end of this fiesta there is a small parade along the road of Calle Teide in which the houses are blessed, All fishing boats are blessed and there is a fireworks celebration to mark the end of the two week fiesta.
