As has been stated its called the WOK but there is Pekin Garden on the signage and on the menus , so just looks like a name change but same owners
Only had a takeaway from here due to excessive drunkeness in the Dog and Duck during the day , just had sesame prawns and Chicken and Mushroom with rice and chips (i never have chips with chinese) well it was said that Julie thought the plate would go as well i devoured it so much , best chinese by far i have had outside Manchester chinatown
will be back in Jan

This place is now known as WOK. It is very very good. There is a self service "starter" section that has everything from soup to crispy duck. Also sushi which is very nice. Then the main event. You go and collect a plate of whatever you want cooking, prawns, chicken, beef, pork and veg to name a few. This is then cooked in front of you very quickly. You choose your sauce and then eat. It is brilliant. We went a couple of times over xmas 07 and it was less than 10 euro's plus drinks of course. Try it.

Went to this place a few years ago and the food was just amazing! The prawns were super fresh and we even got little cute butterflies hair clips presented to us after our meal (come on, i am a gal!!) - presented really well also, carved carrots in shape of birds and other creatures - loved it! Going back to the 'carmen in Jan 2008 :)

I was very impressed with this chinese restaurant, not only was it fabulous inside but the food was brilliant. It is well hidden though on a corner. We had the special set menu, for 6.80 euros each, we had prawn crackers, prawn toast which were huge tiger prawns toasted with sesame bread, the best i have ever had in my life, then we had spare ribs in capital sauce, chicken in curry sauce, chips and egg fried rice all was delicious, would def recommend this place.
