Puerto del Carmen Restaurants

The Emperor 2 is located in the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen. This chinese restaurant offers a good selection of chinese food and plenty of drinks.

The only trouble with the Emperor2 is the food is too gorgeous!. Going back up the hill after a session on the beer i couldnt resist popping in nearly every night.I had something different every time and it was always excellent-plenty of food-boiling hot and better than any chinese ive had anywhere else and all the staff cheerful and friendly.Will definitley be calling in again on my next visit to Lanzarote.

Went to this place in May when we stayed at the Flora , and to be honested couldnt be arsed walking down to the old town for once It was very queit in fact we were the only ones in that night but had seen afew in previously and also a lot of take outs going i presume to the local apt complexes , we decided just to have a main meal as wasnt that hungry and had been supping a bit during the day, Julie had Fried Chicken with Curry sauce and i had Steak with Green pepper and Blackbean sauce , along with fried rice and a bottle of Rose , it was a very good experience , the staff were courteous and friendly and we will deffo go again if staying up that end of town , Just we couldnt get our heads round the Cabbage and apple in the curry but i suppose when youa re used to Manchester chinatown everything is going to be different

This is the best chinese resteraunt in the world as far as i know. The service was beyond good, the staff were intuative and most of all the food was a culinary delight. Emperor II is so good, i ' ve already booked my next holiday.........back to Lanzarote.
