The english rose tea rooms and bistro offers a very good selection of home made cakes with a good selection of drinks through the day. At night you can enjoy the Bistro with a wide selection of food on offer.

Just got back from Lanzarote this morning. So please excuse spelling errors as I am completely exhausted but this couldnt wait. I am just dying to tell the world about this place. Four of us spent a week in Los Dragos apartments opposite the tea rooms and ended up eating breakfast, and dinner there almost everyday!! The food is delectable and so very reasonabley priced. I would hihghly recomend the steak and ale pie and the blackcurrent chesecake. I am a chesecake feind and this did not disappoint! As for the welcome, it was 41 degrees outside but inside the welcome was so much warmer. Louise and Graham made us feel right at home. This along with the "old English" feel and style to the restaurant itself made us feel like we where sitting in our relatives living room rather than the business premises of people we'd never met before! This is one of them little gems that are often hard to find but well worth it when you do. I would most certainly recomend Louise & Grahams place to anyone. Wether you're looking for a light snack, a hearty meal or something sweet. Hop into a cab and ask for Calle Los Afrechos. Well worth a visit. I dont know if they read this but just in case they do, thank you so much to you both from John, Dan, Joan and Jimmy.

Delicious home cooked food in pleasant surroundings, very family friendly environment and Louise makes deserts to die for whilst Graham will entertain you with his amusing video clips.

Me and my family have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Puerto del Carmen and visited the English Rose Tea Rooms twice whilst we were there and both times when it was "lamb night" on Tuesday's. I must say this restaurant is well worth a visit for the delicious home cooked food and the warm welcome from Louise & Graeme. Thank you for making us feel at home. Hope to see you again on our next trip to Lanzarote.

The Tea Rooms were nothing less than fabulous!!! Louise is an absolute super star in the kitchen with her wonderful home cooking and always has a beautiful smile on her face . Graham on the other hand was first class entertainment with his witty humour and always ensured that we never went thirsty in the bar. The Tea Rooms are a definate must for all holiday makers in Puerto del Carmen!!!! We were there everyday enjoying great food, drinks and having the pleasure of spending time with Graham and Louise. Thanks a million Graham and Louise for adding a little something special to our holiday!!! I will definately be going back on the next trip!!!

My friends and I just recently had a wonderful holiday in Lanzarote and we stayed directly across the road from English Rose Tea Rooms. We felt so spoilt as Graeme and Louise made us feel so welcome with their home cooked food - I strongly recommend "lamb night" on Tuesday's, absolutely amazing and their great selection in their bar. They really made us feel welcome and we will definatley be heading back soon.

Louise&Graham! Very hospitable and the food is to die for! We have to recommend the (double) full english, curry night, sunday lunch, lamb night, the steak&ale pie, chocolate fugde cake and the lemon meringue pie which were all beautiful! We stayed just over the road from the tea rooms and popped in a number of times, sometimes even just for a drink. Its definately worthwhile paying a visit - we can guarantee you'll leave satisfied! What a find. Unfortunately we did not discover The English Tea restaurant until the 2nd week of our holiday. Having found it we dined there every night until we left. Terrific home made food, great hosts, and at an affordable price. Thanks for everything. Do not hesitate to dine here when visiting Puerto Del Carmen. We will be there again next year.
