When posting on PDC review you agree that the comments left are a fair reflection of the bar, restaurant, hotel or apartment.

Comments will not be obscene, offensive, threatening or racist to any person.

PDC review has the right to remove any comments left.

The Poster shall remain solely liable for the content of any messages or other information or materials you upload or transmit to this site. You agree to indemnify and hold PDC Review from any claim, action, demand, loss, damages, or costs (including legal fees) made or incurred by any third party arising out of or relating to your conduct, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Notice to PDC Review of Defamatory Content

Comments / Reviews that are true or that reflect an honest opinion (example: negative review) are not usually themselves a basis for defamation. You should carefully consider the facts before you make a claim (and take legal advice if in doubt), as a false claim may expose you to liability.

PDC Review has the right to ask for verification of your identity and to seek further information from you to clarify the basis of your claim. Please note that PDC Review may not be able to investigate claims that are anonymous or incorrectly addressed or do not provide sufficient information. We will use reasonable efforts to identify defamatory content when notified but cannot be responsible where you have failed to provide all the relevant facts or where these facts cannot be ascertained.

Warning: Any statement you make may be used in court proceedings. Any false, misleading or inaccurate information provided by you may result in civil and criminal liability.
